help with Round Up

Does anyone know whether, once the daffodil foliage is completely brown and dry, Round Up can still be absorbed by the plant?  What I’m getting at is, do I have to find all the dried foliage amongst the weeds before…

For years I made labels with Dyno label maker and  had little trouble with them fading or falling off.  Couple of years ago made all new labels using clear address labels made on the computer. Make sure you use labels…
