Friends, I need a few good ADS member volunteers that are willing to allow me to forward e-mail inquiries from people all over the world, that have all sorts of questions about daffodil culture, etc. Many come in via the website this time of year. This is the busiest time of the year for the ADS Exec Dir, so I find myself drowning here, struggling to keep up with the many demands upon my time, which allows little time left for “hand holding” for people with questions. Referring them to our website and Daffseek are only marginally helpful, they seek answers. I think we need to look at this as an opportunity to promote daffodils and recruit members. I just don’t have the time to handle the inquiries. So I seek knowledgeable, patient people, that enjoy mentoring and chit chatting with people. I would forward the e-mails to you and would want to be confident that you would reply in a timely fashion, and represent ADS’ interests in a very positive manner, to the people making the inquiries. So who amongst our ADS members are willing to sign up with me for this important mission?
