Daffy Tree explained

Thank you for all the lovely comments – I’m so glad you liked it !!!

That photo is actually a composite that I made from individual daffodil photos which I used in the calendar that was commissioned by the ADS (and George Dorner) and handed out at the Nt’l Show. The photos were shot at the Northern California Shows (indoors, at the shows themselves) of both 2008 and 2009 (Livermore in ’08 & ’09; Murphys in 2009 as well). I’d be glad to identify the flowers if you’re interested….

I resized each individual shot to allow for the tree effect (I had to go through the shots to find those with the proper “angles”), and then, as the tree needed some kind of base and motion, I used the triple Bravoure at the bottom of it.  The original is of course much larger, all at full-res, so to answer others’ questions, yes I can make cards and even large prints etc. from it if desired.

But the main thing is, I’m glad you like it, and Happy New Year (and thanks) to All !

I was wondering the same thing, I wouldn’t have enough foresight to that during the season. LOL
