I have not seen this sdlg but can see the top flower is more rolled at the edges and not sitting as flat .
Still looks very clean and attractive with quite pure colours . A Grand Monarque sdlg .

Rather like this first flower from G.M. x John Buxton seedling 271/01 (3W-WWP) that I brought home from the NI National. Pity about the top floret, why it is so rough compared with the others I do not know – you would think that it had been cut from another flower on glued on this one.
