If you are thinking ahead to the 2014 convention, you are going to see some great gardens. In the current American Gardener magazine is an informative and well-illustrated article about Garvan Woodland Gardens, the key piece of the Sunday tour, and also our lunch destination, which will allow even more time–though never enough.
If your television programming includes the cable channel “Create,” you can, several times a week, visit P.Allen Smith’s “Mountain Home” garden. This is the extra added tour attraction on the opening day of convention.
Check these out, and plan to see them in person if you possibly can.
