Memorial tribute for Bill Pannill

Friends, it is a great honor to announce that I have been asked to conduct a memorial tribute to Bill Pannill at the upcoming ADS Convention in Williamsburg. The tribute will be held after lunch on Sunday while we are at Brent & Becky’s Bulbs. Do you have photos of Bill you will share with us? We will include a visual presentation. Becky Fox Matthews has kindly agreed to receive your images and produce a Power Point type production. So please forward those wonderful Bill Pannill photos to Becky. I’m hoping someone has a photo of Bill dancing with the late Eve Robertson?  Do you have a favorite remembrance of Bill?  Please send me your Bill stories. I’ll aspire to use your input, but I bet there will be so many, we will run out of time!  Please send all your input right away, so that Becky and I can have adequate time to develop this event. We want it to be…“Perfect in Every Way”.

  1. Hi Jaydee,

    At the last convention in Europe, where the photos of Bill with Toto and Chromacolor were taken, a discussion was held about modern aircraft. We were informed that the latest airliners had a bedroom available in first class. Bill expressed his desire to take advantage of such a facility.

  2. Would someone kindly forward this announcement for a call for images and Bill Pannill stories to ADS BODNET?  There are ADS Board members that are on BODNET, but not DAFFNET.  And many ADS members that were contemporaries of Bill, won’t be on either list server. So can everyone please spread the word amongst your local memberships and groups?  Please help facilitate getting any old photos they have to Becky Fox Matthews (BFM).  Please send any good stories about Bill to me. Reach BFM a @:

     title=.

    I can receive your remembrances @:

    jaydeeager@ gmail.com

    And we hope there will  be international input!  BFM and I need your input right away.  The deadline will have to be 28 MAR.  Many thanks!
