N. ‘Sheskin’ probably my favourite pink for exhibition nowadays

These flowers of N. ‘Sheskin’ have spent almost a month in a fridge at 2.5C
– they look a bit tired and show a rim rather than solid pink in the corona
as at their best. I think this is probably my favourite pink for exhibition
nowadays, (maybe just ending out N. ‘Burt House’) and it has built up a good
track record of best bloom Awards at RHs shows and in Northern Ireland,
including the NIDG late show this past week-end.

  1. [caption id="attachment_138448" align="alignnone" width="300"] I used Sheskin in a collection of pink daffodils at our show in Chicago this year (top right) even after it spent about 2 weeks in the fridge.[/caption]
