This has color and is a true trumpet. The perianth is very white which is a good thing. However, a few weak points: it really doesn’t have very wide petals and is thinner in substance than my ideal. It also does NOT hold the color. In a few days it becomes yellow without a hint of orange. When it opens in cool weather, it is a knockout. They are opening today. There are very, very few of this type in existence. First photo from early this morning. The second a few hours later. The third photo is from last year (2013)
