cold in Ohio . . .

But by the evening, after spending the day inside, ‘Muslin’ had perked up again, and looked like this. 
 
But I now have a small electric heater going in the garage during the day to try to keep the temperature at 35 or more.  This extreme cold (for this area) is not supposed to last too long.
 
We’ve no snow cover outside, and foliage of ‘Fenben’ was up about 4-5 inches.  It’s down on the ground, and I expect the above ground foliage will not recover.  But I’m hopeful that the bulbs will continue their growth after it warms up.
