Dear Convention Attendees,
Many of you have sent me emails with your Richmond flight arrival times, but I suspect some of you still have not.
I want to encourage you to do so. If I can get you in groups of at least four, it will reduce your shuttle charge by half.
I have all this info on post it notes on my office wall right now, but it will eventually go into a note back to all the fliers so they know who to meet up with in the airport upon arrival.
It has been very nice hearing from all of you. This is going to be a great convention and I can’t wait to see you all there. You should have all received your March Journals by now and there is one last article in it with more information about the event. And since it went to press, another speaker has been added to the workshop day, so things just keep getting better and better.
