The Board of Trustees has appointed an interim President, to begin at once. He is “one of us” which pleases the alumni, says frankly he wants to be considered for the permanent position (so much for College Board “secrecy”) and best, probably—he is a former head of the School of Agriculture.
Dare we hope for a brighter future for daffodils on the Starkville campus?
