The N. assoanus was one stem. Our weather people made about the 10th prediction of snow for the year for last night. None of them so far had occured in my immediate area just south of Nashville, TN. But I decided to leave work a half hour early to get home before dark and cut some flowers, including the N. assoanus, a few more miniatures I had not tried to breed, some Saint Keverne, Arctic Gold in bud, a few Rapture, Straight Arrow, a few other 6’s, and a vase full of 55 mph daffs (Ice Follies, unknown big yellows–bought as Unsurpassable, a few Fortissimo just opening). I woke up to 2 inches of snow this morning and some tiny flakes are coming down now, so may see more snow today.
I put a few of the show-worthy flowers in the fridge for the Atlanta show next weekend and will get out with the camera later today to have fun in the snow.
Ben, we will all miss the Daffnet postings for a few days, but will look forward to resuming and catching up with everyone and their flowers when the server is back up and running. Thanks so much for all your hard work! Becky

Thanks for the comments on the server and Daffnet Becky.
The server is going down shortly and the database is already down. The attachment is what DaffSeek.org looks like when the database is down.
    Cheers,
    Ben
