Last season flowers – Five Alarm Fire
John Reed named a few flowers for use by our society. Even though we haven’t used them yet. I like this one. Not perfect form, but fantastic color and a great shaped cup.
Last season flowers – possibly Sun Gem?
This came up in a row of replanted Mountain Dew, BUT it’s obviously NOT Mountain Dew ( 1W-W ). It’s just slightly smaller than most flowers and the chiseled form and beautiful color make me think it’s Sun Gem, but…
Last season flowers – Kiwi Dream
This was planted directly from New Zealand in the spring of 2004. I think this is the first bloom from that bulb.
