The Rose Ribbons (Both Standard and Miniature) are awarded to the best Seedling ( unregistered, or not yet named new hybrid ) in the show. The seedling ‘must’ be exhibited by the person who hybridized the flower. The ADS defines the hybridizer as the person who first brings the new hybrid to bloom regardless of who made the cross or planted the resulting seed. The winner of the Standard Rose Ribbon here is Leone Low with a very nice Yellow Pink Div 1. Number 94 – 1003.
