Anyone recognize this one?

Hello all —
Already have feelers out on this to some of the best (including Donna Dietsch who will be seeing it in person tomorrow), but wanted to see if any of you had a strong thought on the identity of this apparently very old cultivar.  The only additional information I can give on it is that it is blooming now at the edge of zones 5/6, and very rarely blooms.  This one is out in the open, but there are others blooming in mottled sunlight/partial woods as well.  The coloring has held at least three days and any greenishness coming out of the yellow onto the perianth is an error of the taller photo (or my screen!) I believe.  The yellow is however towards the lemonish in reality.
Thanks,
