Large crowd to see the show

Visitors were lined up waiting for the doors to open this afternoon for the Garden Club of Virginia Daffodil Show.

This show is always fun because of the variety of classes involved.  Some are limited to club members only, but others are open to all exhibitors, and then there is the artistic.

I’m clueless when it comes to arranging flowers, but I am nonetheless impressed by the skills and imagination the garden club members employ to compete in this unbelievably beautiful competition.

The next few photos are of some of those arrangements.  And they are not necessarily the ones that won, but merely those that caught my untrained eye.
