World Tour — London photos

Friends,
I didn’t take photos of the winning exhibits at the London show, but took photos of things I liked.  Attached is a photo of D3065, a 1 W-O with brilliant color, bred by Brian Duncan from ‘Queen’s Guard’ x ‘Lutana’.  It had been damaged in the weather, but the color was great.

  1. Alas, Mary Lou,
Much as I might wish it, the colour was not just as deep and bright as your picture depicts! I hope you also got a picture of the other 1W-O when you visited our shed – with all the rush and bustle I didn’t manage to take any pictures  – and I’d like to have a record of the second 1W-O which might be at least as good. If you (or anyone else) have a pic. I’d appreciate a copy for my records.

  2. No, Brian, I didn’t get a photo of the one in your shed.  Sorry I missed it.  The photo I sent earlier was taken with flash.  The one attached was taken with natural light in the RHS hall.  Do you think it’s more realistic color?  The photo isn’t as sharp, though.
