Jaydee–
Thanks for getting back to me with some information. I would appreciate it if you would post a message on the DAFFNET listserver.
Thanks so much for your help.

Ryan, ‘Orchard Place’ was bred and registered by the late Tom Throckmorton, MD, from Iowa. He was a surgeon and a brilliant man. He served as President of ADS and developed a daffodil data bank and a color code system that was adopted by the Royal Horticultural Society, the official registrar of daffodils in England. So Dr. Tom as we called him, was truly a man ahead of his time. He hybridized and registered many daffodils. With your permission, I will post out a message on our DAFFNET listserver, and ask for sources for the bulb. I would ask the respondents to communicate direct with you. Let me know if this is acceptable to you.
Cordially,

Hello—
I am the horticulture director for a non-profit, Orchard Place, in Des Moines, Iowa.
I am looking for a specific variety of daffodil, ‘Orchard Place’. This variety was named after the Orchard Place psychiatric hospital for children where I am employed.
Past construction has caused the organization to lose its plantings of this particular variety.
Would you be able to help me in locating any organizations which might have this particular variety or might be able to lead me to it? My web searches are leaving me without any solid leads.
Thanks
Ryan
