I,ve used Gee Pink quite extensively in attempting to breed early pink doubles.
It,s very strong stem and neck are a necessity for good doubles.

The double has openned slowerly this week in a deep polyurathene  egetable box of  4 year old seedlings
Quite a surprise as they were a little crowded and not expected to flower,–  the stem was a little short and not strong .
Can only hope for an improvement.
