Fencourt Jewel in Livermore

Little would I expect that any daffodil would behave similarly in Livermore, where temperatures have hit 110F this summer, to what it would in Omagh, but my Fencourt Jewel is also in bloom, as Brian reported his to be. The top floret opened two days ago, and has already faded a bit. This is a turnaround bulb obtained in Spring 2008 from Koanga. It seems to be happy, as a second growth center has begun to push up leaves also.
