Dear Friends,
I am at a loss for words to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers, and for the cards and phone calls regarding my knee replacement surgery. At this point, I have been home from rehab, for a little over a week.
I am progressing at an incredible rate, both with flex in the knee and ability to walk correctly, according the Physical Therapists and Doctor. They tell me that you progress as rapidly and far, as you want to! The motivation is certainly there, after all these years–especially with all of your encouragement and kindness.
Now, I just need to keep gaining in strength and stamina, so that I can get the other one done.
