Brian – what an adorable little creature !. My partner has a house on the edge of an 80 acre nature preserve and we see all sorts of birds that aren’t often noticed around the major part of the city. We often here the screech of 3 different types of hawks and since we have upwards of 5 bird feeders plus suet in various parts of the property, it seems like we’re feeding the hawks too!. I’ve personally never observed birds like the Rose Breasted Grosbeak, the Cuckoo as well as some of the more common little ones such as the white breasted nuthatch & others, but in the past couple of years I’ve had that privilege.
