I have an 1895 reference to :
Algerian White Hoop Petticoat
Anyone feel confident as to what one that was/is/could be?

  1. It could well refer to N romieuxii ssp albidus. In John Blanchard’s book “A guide to wild Daffodils” There is a reference to it as a plant common in the Riff mountains and the mountains of Algeria further East.
