Not a message about cultivars, contests or the latest daffodil.
Just sending you the word that I'm putting in another 300 daffodils this fall.
Here's how it is getting done
50 degrees and windy days – plant 30
60 degree and cloudy days – plant 80
35 degree days – stare at bulbs longingly
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday with family and friends
though I blame your relentless daffyness for my obsession.
Especially Loyce McKenzie who encouraged you to let me into the discussion a few years ago.

Omigosh! And here I am in zone 4, watching the occasional snowflake and wishing for a decent snow cover for the daffodils I planted up to the first of November!
