Has anyone heard of making jelly from the pink kudzu blossoms?  I’ve seen it but never tasted—afraid of what it might do to me —like run all over the county as the vine does!

Run all over the country?  Now how would that be a bad thing?  Many of us who are ADS members do this every spring.  The convention is in Chicago this year and it promises to be great.  California is next year.  Then, if you were an avid exhibitor you might want to attend a show somewhere and enter your prize beauties.  If you are a judge, you could be asked or offer to judge a show. All three ways, I personally guarantee you, will net you many great, lifetime friends.  So, I say again, how would that be a bad thing?
If you try that kudzu jelly, let the rest of us know how it was.
