The Miniature Rose Ribbon is for the best miniature seedling exhibited by its originator. The winner was Bob Spotts’ M9-3-3 7Y-Y. We’ll see it again later at the right end of the front row in the winning entry in the class for six miniatures exhibited by the hybridizer.
