This stem of Pilgrim Clay was entered at the Livermore show. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but the diameter of the perianth is about 55 millimeters. Hence it was entered as a standard rather than miniature daffodil.

    According to Graham Fleming the hybridizer of Pilgrim Clay, in which he makes me immortal, he intended it to be a “Standard” daffodil, Div 10.
