Which tie shall I wear?
The one on the left, green with orange throughout, was appropriate when I, a Presbyterian, taught at a Catholic university, c. 1970.
The more sedate one on the right, was presented by Brian “Santa Claus” Duncan at Nashville (guess what N.I.D.G. means).
I’m going against my own tradition, and honoring at least the Daffodil Group today. There are no daffodils to be seen yet, though their foliage is appearing.
