Fw: ID help

Oops . . . .sorry, here’s the photos.

Friends,
This request for identification help came in to the ADS office:

I discovered a variety of daffodil in my garden.  I was hoping you could identify it.  I did not plant it, so I do not know how it arrived in my garden. (maybe squirrels?)

I’ve attached a picture.  The center one in the pic is the one that is most unique.  The others look like double daffodils, but I’m not sure.

I suggested it might be ‘Telamonius Plenus’, but offered to post it on Daffnet hoping those more knowledgeable about historics would comment.  She has also checked the photos of ‘Rip Van Winkle’ on DaffSeek.  She is most interested in the center flower.

You can contact Colette directly with responses.

  1. I think it could be Kehelland, 4 Y–Y, Alec Gray, England 1946

If you look it up on Daffseek there is an old photo by Alice Wray Taylor of Tennessee.  I took this attached photo earlier this year.  I have not yet sent any of this year's photos to Nancy for Daffseek.
