I couldn’t find the time to send these earlier. A few people ask me about refrigerating. This is how I do it. The pictures tells it all. I wrap a shelf in dry cleaner bags to create a cocoon. Place a damp towel on the shelf. I also mist inside the cocoon every few days. Make sure the temp on the frig isn’t so cold that the dafs freeze. They stay fresh for close to two weeks, but one week is better. I can get three shelves worth out of one frig. I will probably write an article for this for the WDS newsletter next winter.
