Fw: Handkerchief Tree

On  Saturday last, I was in Winchester in Hampshire to attend a wedding. Whilst exploring the city, we came upon  this magnificant Hankerchief Tree ( Davidia Involucrata) in full bloom in the Abbey Park. I can’t recall having seen one in bloom before and thought that fellow daffnetters would appreciate the sight.
