The Mississippi State Daffodil Society Show, sponsored by the Central Mississippi Daffodil Society, was held on March 14 – 15, 2009, at Center Court, Northpark Mall, Ridgeland, MS.

In Horticulture, we had the following:

# of Entries – 365

# of Exhibitors – 18

# of Stems – 633

Perhaps the most significant aspect of the show was Larry Force’s winning of all three ADS miniature collection hybridizer’s awards:  Three Different Miniatures by Hybridizer Award, Six Different Miniatures by Hybridizer Award, and Twelve Different Miniatures by Hybridizer Award.  For those of you who are miniature daffodil enthusiasts, it is obvious that Larry has become a leading hybridizer of miniature daffodils.
