Not Keith, but I do think the expanded shale advice would not apply to Virginia. Unfortunately, it is possible to buy any soil amendment almost anywhere, even if it is not really appropriate for that part of the country. This is even more of a problem with the proliferation of internet use and mail-order. Just my opinion!
