The late Doug Olson raised many fine yellow trumpets ; it was one of his favourite divisions .
An even self yellow , mid season , not large 95 — 100 mm , a classic appearance with a slightly
expanding trumpet with light flare and light crenate edge.
Was seen regularly at the shows around here in the 80 s and 90 s .
