Today we have Doonesbury stepping away from political matters and acknowledging us bulb growers, or at least those in New England. Some may wish to frame this or commission a needlepoint rendition.

  2. Re Doonesbury, I can relate to digging in rock too – try it in Minnesota! Ethel Smith in MN Incidentally, the blue background makes it harder to read the messages – I hope it’s just for today.

    So what’s he going to do when he sees what goes into grooming a show rose?
