While judging at the Maryland Daffodil Society show a few years ago, we were confronted with the Ice Chimes problem–a perfectly beautiful and fresh 5 W-Y presented as IceChimes, very, very like the specimen pictured on daffnet. Not knowing the cultivar, I raised the question, and was told by a vastly more experienced judge that indeed Ice Chimes came that way. If I recall correctly, the bulb(s) had come directly from Havens. It may be one of those cases in which a change in the registered color code is warranted.
