More bad weather

G’day All,
My season is coming to an end.
What a surprise to wake up yesterday morning to an inch of snow covering the garden.
So in one week we have experienced  a huge dust storm, torrential rain, a very heavy frost and now snow along with gale force winds. What with experiencing summer like temperatures in August (middle of winter) it has been quite a tough spring for the daffodils.
I’m not sure I can blame it on climate change but this is the first time the weather has been like this in 27 years.
I had the garden open on the weekend for the local hospital I felt so sorry for the visitors who braved the weather. They had trouble opening their car doors on the hill.
It was fortunate they cancelled the local daffodil competition as only about 20 blooms were on display rather than the 300-400 they usually receive.
