This little fellow is native to Mississippi and other southeastern states. I often see it in the garden, flower beds and yes, even in the daffodil patch. As the weather becomes cooler this one and other species are coming down from the trees and finding a place to spend the winter, in the ground, under logs, leaf litter etc. I took these pictures last week.
