    We in Minnesota have ordered from a home-based business (the owner has a disabled son so has invested in the equipment herself and runs it out of her basement).  Whenever I’ve been there to pick up our order, her covered porch is full of UPS boxes to go out and boxes of raw materials coming in!  She can handle a job over the internet and already has a die for a daffodil to put on your ribbons.  I believe that Chicago has also ordered from her so contact George Dorner if you want a second opinion.  She can do flat ribbons as well as fancy rosettes.
