In Bloom in Livermore, first 4

Friends:
Although there have been tazettas blooming here since November, now the first few non-tazettas are begining to bloom. In the photo you’ll see quite a size range, from Renovator down to Wee Bee, Gambas, and Medway Gold. The last named will be multi-floret in a few days, but its first floret opened today. Melissa
ps: Remember, February 1 is the last postmark date for Early Bird registration for the ADS Convention in Murphys. We hope you’ll decide to come.
pps: Temps are holding in the 50s in the daytime and mid 30s to mid 40s at night. The sky is occasionally sunny, but often at least partly cloudy, and there’s a little rain every few days. If it keeps up, it should be a great season. There are no higher or lower temps predicted for the next 15 days.
