Today I have a bloom open on a bulb of Harold Koopowitz’s little Microcodium Group. It’s about 6 weeks earlier than last year. I must have started watering too soon! The cup measures about 23mm across.
Oh my, how pretty! Crocuses are sort of a “disposable” bulb in my part of Missouri. They come up the first Spring like thunder and then hardly any the following year because our harsh, dry summers doubtlessly bake them to death. Thank you for sharing!
