James, I guess it depends on how much too soon the leaves were cut. Hopefully, if it was not extremely early, you will still get flowers. I don’t think there is anything you can do to help, however, once the foliage is cut. The leaves feed the bulb for next year’s flower. If the foliage is cut too soon for too many years in a row, the bulbs will gradually use all their stored food and die off.
