I want to thank everyone that supplied comments to me on my question of import permits to bring bulbs into the USA. As of today, the Austrialians have decided that no import permit is required to ship bulbs to the USA. It turns out that a few people on daffnet have either applied for permits or have permits. The generosity of daffnet cannot be topped as a couple of people offered to receive my bulbs if the impott permit continued to be required.
I specificaly want to thank Jon and Kirby for their comments and help, along with Graham Fleming for working through the process in Australia.
