Harold, John and All,
This year the first two seedlings of Regeneration x Emerald Sea flowered. The Emerald Sea from you, John, grows very well. This year I tried it outside for the first time. Because of the strong winter the leafs were a little damaged, but it flowered in spring without problems. I am not impressed by the beauty of the two seedlings, but perhaps the sister seedlings to come in the next years are better. To my surprise these first seedlings show no good fertility. One has only few NJ(V) – pollen and one has some pollen 4 times the volume of NJ(V)- pollen (see picture).
More expriences with these crosses have you, Harold and John. Therefore I may ask you, if your crosses have better fertility.
