Sorry to get off of the subject. As the friendly registrar for the ADS Fall Meeting and Intermediate Symposium scheduled for October 1 and 2, with optional tours on Sunday, October 3rd, would anyone consider letting me know if they would like to share a double room with another member? This was not my idea, but came from someone who made the inquiry and I think that it is a very good one. The rooms at Tysons Corner are $79 per night double occupancy and it certainly would help defray expenses. Please let me know by private e-mail and I will place you name on the registration list I am maintaining for all attendees!
Also, information regarding the mid-Atlantic annual meeting scheduled for here in Richmond on Saturday, October 9m 2010 will be mailed out shortly to the same recipients who were notified about last year’s meeting held in Shepherdston, West Virginia. I was able to secure an excellent (the lowest they will offer) rate at the 4-Star Westin Hotel for Friday, October 8th for $89 double occupancy and no charge for parking!!!
We hope to see as many of you as possible at both events.
