Kirby is amazing. He sent a message picking that the Robbs lived on Charles or Raven St in Kaiapoi. They live on the corner of Charles and Jollie St with the address of 17 Jollie St. I checked on Google Maps and the sattelite picture gives a good idea of how close to the river they are.
They are living in their house with no water or sewerage. They shower at the Rugby Club and use a portaloo that has been placed on the footpath around the corner. They have options to live elsewhere but have chosen to stay in their home as long as possible.
