Donna, I know what you mean – I balanced myself on the pile of hard snow from the roof clearing and got my big Christmas wreath down from the front house wall a couple of days ago! It’s been in the 40s here for the last three days and I can see a tiny strip of ground next to my walk now. Today I hope to get a shovel into the snow pile remaining on my raised deck and clear it away before the next bout of snow-rain-ice-whatever arrives this weekend! I’ve got a third pot of Tete-a-Tetes sitting on the dining table, so I think I can last until convention time now! Ethel Smith in warm MN
