Not a bird challenge

This is a young possum who’s been after the peanut butter/lard suet – you’ll have to trust me that the bird feeder is about 10 feet below the possum.  He stayed up the tree all day after being yelled at.  Not much of a photo, I was waiting for him to come down to the feeder again and ran out of light.  He’s the lumpy thing in the middle.
We don’t want to kill him so the suet is coming in every night.  A bold possum will stroll right through a cat flap and I draw the line at possums in the house.
Daffseek lists 2 Possum and an American Possum.  There’s also a Red Squirrel, a Chipper and Chipendale, some bears, and most appropriately a Fat Cat.

Thanks for sharing, Kathleen.  I think it should be worth a few points. 🙂
