Hello Everyone,

I  agree with those people who are supportive of photos appearing on Daffnet.  In the Northern Hemisphere Spring they often brighten our dull Autumn days here in the South!  I agree that they do fill up our mail boxes but it is worth it to find the occasional great variety which is added to our “wish list’.  I am also very interested in seeing old favourites appearing which inspire hope for our own Spring.  So photographers, keep ‘em coming.

Cheers,

Peter from NZ.

Amen David, I completly agree. Those reason are the reasons most of us enjoy Daffnet.

Clay, I don’t understand, why are you on daffnet then? If the posting of daffodils and show results are spam to you, simple remove yourself from daffnet.

Daffnet, without daffodils, would be truly boring indeed. One person’s opinion.

 Regards everyone,

Larry

Sorry Clay, but I have to agree with some others. Daffnet is for sharing daffodil information and through it we get to know many people we now consider friends. The show photos and show results are a major part of my enjoying the internet and particularly Daffnet. In my opposite view the rest of my e-mails are an intrusion on my enjoyment of daffodils. Keep the photos and results coming I say.

  1. I most heartily agree with Peter Ramsay. Please, photographers and Daffnet commenters, do not let anyone discourage you from your postings. Yes, some days get too busy to check all email. So I save some for later.

Nobody MAKES you open a particular email and it isn’t hard to figure out when it is a daffodil topic you might not be interested in.

  2. And we love to see all the photos from your shows come September!!
    Cheers back at you,
    Phyllis
