I have been clearing out my fridge at the end of the season and photographing some of the survivors that did nor make it to amy of the shows – some got lost in the crush!
This ‘Hyperbole’ 2W-R has been in the fridge for more thn 3 weeks, I think it was used in my Engleheart group in Mid -April. It is about the brightest thing we have raised and is being used in many target lines of breeding – 1W-R, IP-R (see pink caste in peri.); 6W-P; 7W-P and in many miniature crosses. Though a large flower itself many of its progeny are about intermediate in size. If I still had Fragrant rose I’d cross them to produce bright pink/reds with fragrance and pinkiish petals. I think ‘Hyperbole’ is available in the Ringhaddy catalogue this year – or next. Maybe more seedlings to follow when I get them titled.
